As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and experienced Database Management Specialist to join our team.

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain database systems to support business operations and datadriven decisionmaking.
Perform database administration tasks, including installation, configuration, backup and recovery, performance tuning, and security management.
Develop and implement data management policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Monitor database performance and capacity, identify issues and bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to improve system efficiency and reliability.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements, design data models, and implement solutions that meet business needs.
Troubleshoot databaserelated issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.
Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders, including developers, analysts, and endusers, on databaserelated matters.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in database management to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

- years of experience in database administration, with expertise in [mention relevant database management systems, e.g., Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, etc.].

Proficiency in SQL and experience writing complex queries, stored procedures, and functions.
Strong understanding of database design principles, normalization techniques, and data modeling concepts.
Fluent in English (spoken and written), with strong communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
Certifications in database management (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified Database Administrator) are a plus.
