Drives benefits and wellbeing strategy for all LATAM countries and partners closely with the TR Relationship Managers and senior HRBPs.

Your Impact

  • As the

Benefits and Wellness LatAm Director your scope will consist of

  • Leads LATAM wellbeing strategy with a focus on mental health, burnout and stress, including a focused strategy for the Frontline employees and working parents
  • Ensures sustainable healthcare strategy by enhanced health benefits, coupled with cost efficiencies to support labor management in an ongoing inflationary environment
  • Reviews and approves LATAM Car policy changes with the BUs and align with Corporate COE, driving employee flexibility and business sustainability agenda
  • Drives Retirement Program changes with the BUs and Corporate COE to ensure the legislative compliance and market competitiveness
  • Leads TR Digitalization through implementation of Flexible Benefits and TRS for LATAM markets
  • Leads benefits deepdives to ensure competitiveness of TR offering in LATAM markets
  • Leads TRO studies to measure the perception of the TR offering by our employees and develops action plan for improving employees motivation
  • Ensures the necessary global benefits and wellbeing programs and policies are being delivered with the desired results across all markets
  • Keeps close watch of external market through external networks and supports with spot polls as needed
  • Identifies risks to the delivery of the business strategy and brings the right resources to the table to support it
  • Key member of LATAM TR leadership team

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education:

English (mid-advanced) due to high interaction with Corporate CoEs

Experience:


  • Effective communication skills
  • 10+ years in Total Rewards, with some in the Benefits agenda
  • Work under high pressure environment
  • Project management skills
  • Collaboration skills and influencing skills to be able to get things done in a matrixed environment
  • Strategic mindset to think in Horizon 2 and Horizon 3 timeframe
  • Digital savy, thinking about next gen platforms with focus in userexperience
  • Outside-In thinker, need to be extremely curious and catch trends in the market and peer companies
