Your new role


The Social Media Analyst holds a pivotal role within the social media team, focusing on creating, developing, and executing campaigns that contribute to maintaining a dynamic and devoted audience across various social platforms such as Facebook/Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, WhatsApp, YouTube, among others.

Main activities for this position involve planning editorial calendars for different social channels, briefing creative team and making sure deliveries are following the social strategy and concepts planned by the team, as well as collaborating with different areas of the company to reach different goals.

Reporting to the Social Media Manager, Social Media Analyst will also be responsible for overseeing campaign organization, continuous engagement initiatives, data collection, and analysis.


Your role accountabilities

  • Help to create content calendars inline with marketing priorities, curating and uploading social content that acts as an extension of our marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology.
  • Build a relationship with our audiences and deepen their engagement through content, conversation, and community management.
  • Brief the inhouse creative team and agencies to create assets that will generate impressions and engagements to the social handles and driving the audience to Warner Bros Discovery brands/channels.
  • Work with the social, marketing, creative, merchandising and publicity teams on marketing priorities to implement cohesive 360° campaigns.
  • Guide the community managers to guarantee that they are using the correct tone of voice and interacting properly with the fans.
  • Report on performance insights and recommend tactics to increase content visibility, traffic and engagement.
  • Keep up to date with emerging content trends, platform tools etc. to ensure strategy is evolving in line with the industry.

Qualifications & Experience
BS degree, with a focus on Social Media, Public Relations, Journalism, Business preferred or equivalent work experience. Experience in social media, marketing and/or agencies.

The Nice to Have

  • Spanish is a plus Experience working with entertainment brands (movies, TV, sports, games, etc) Passion for pop culture
  • Community management experience, working across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Experience working with creative teams, ability to brief and approve creative assets.
  • Experience using social, project management and reporting tools like Sprinklr, Listen First, Sprout, Monday, etc.
  • Knowledge and strong interest in pop culture, social platforms and influencer talent.
  • Proficiency in English is a must.
