Key Position
The IT Application Manager is responsible for the management of the EMRs used across all sites in Brazil.

Main responsailities include managing the Applications requirements to ensure an excellent standard of support is delivered to staff, overseeing IT standards and procurement, managing, relationships with key internal stakeholders and external service providers plus staff, overseeing IT standards and procurement, managing, relationships with key internal stakeholders and external service providers plus software maintenance, training, consultation, and providing high levels of IT Service Delivery.

Requirements:

Experience supporting multiple sites across a region/ continent
Experience of working in a global organization, with the ability to thrive in a multicultural work environment
Experience supporting remote and isolated sites (low bandwidth links, connectivity issues)
Experience of engagement with business stakeholders throughout a large organization to ensure the delivery of effective IT services ans support to meet business requirements
Experience working within a large distributed IT organization wich includes outsourced and shared services teams
English language skills (oral and written) an absolute must
Kmowledge of an additional language is a significant advantage
