DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationBrazil - São PauloThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products.

The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud. Browse our Operations team openings to see how you can make an impact with us.

  • Project management: Lead projects related to fraud prevention;
  • Support to other teams: Coordinate efforts with the Product and Operations teams, at local and global levels;
  • Communication: Build presentations to present project progress and bring topics for discussion;
  • Vendor / contract management: Conduct discovery talks with external providers, create business cases to support leadership's decision on hiring new vendors, make sure current providers are following contract terms and create Purchase Requests/Orders.

Requirements:


  • Preferred degree in Business Administration or Engineering;
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint);
  • Advanced English (written and verbal);
  • Experience in Fraud Prevention or Project Management;
  • Previous experience in management consulting is a differential.
