We are looking for a motivated self-starter
Account Manager (Service Sales) to be part of our great Energy Team and responsible for taking care of customers' needs by capturing opportunities and turning them into sales.

In this position, you'll be reporting to the
Regional Operations Brazil General Manager.


Main responsibilities:


  • Handle any customer request during the installation lifecycle, working to find smart solutions with various stakeholders across multiple disciplines, ensuring positive customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the aftersales activities and customer relationships in order to reach sales and margin targets and customer satisfaction.
  • Tactical: Promote new lifecycle products following processes and standards based on the organization strategy
  • Capable to set short
- to mid-term operational plans.

  • Able to work in a crossfunction Global organization (i.e. Product, Area Sales Support functions).
  • Develop, report, and assume accountability for sales and sold margin budget among assigned customer accounts.
  • Maintain and further develop own customer portfolio relationships.
  • Identify and develop relationships with potential new customers.
  • Create Account Plans for major customers (AAA, AA), execute the plan, and update changes throughout the year.
  • Develop and maintain Customer Satisfaction (CEM).
  • Collect and communicate market intelligence and competitor information.
  • Propose customerspecific sales targets based on market outlook, identified opportunities, and strategy.
  • Create, maintain and manage all customer visit reports and opportunities in CRM.
  • Maintain accurate customer records among assigned customer accounts.
  • Cooperate and coordinate sales activities for global or crosscountry operating customers with responsible colleagues.
  • Ensure that customer inquiries, orders, and complaints are responded to in a prompt and satisfactory manner.

Main requirements:


  • BSc/MSc Engineering is preferred
  • Related experience with business and/or sales
  • Good commercial and negotiation capabilities
  • Experience in successfully working with various stakeholders to deliver on customer expectations
  • Advanced English (spoken and written)
  • Spanish will be a plus
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or any similar CRM
