Global ECO Process Automation (RPA) Specialist, Brazil or Costa Rica_

Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world

As a Global Process Automation RPA Specialist for Customer Operations Data & Analytics, you will play a key role in developing and enhancing new digitization & Automation Solutions through the use of RPA technologies.

In this role you will be able stay connected with stakeholders across Technical (Transformation & Technology Services - IT) and Customer Operations/Business Areas delivering value and agility by automating critical process and helping 3M achieve excellence in Customer Operations services.

The impact you will make in this role

You will participate in the scope definition and alignment with Customer Operations/Business Areas.
You will work on the design, development, documentation, and implementation of Automation solutions considering RPA Technologies.
You will help to improve and automate business process by building new KPIs, new strategic analysis and exploring new and innovative ideas.

Your Skills and Expertise

Graduated in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistic, Computer Engineering and related areas
Solid technical knowledge of automation tools
Experience in programming languages
C#, Python, VB,.Net.
Experience in SQL / NoSQL
Experience (2+) working with RPA tools like Blue Prism, UiPath, etc.
Advanced/Fluent English is required
Good logical, analytical, and problemsolving skills
Good understanding of process optimization and deployment
Live in Brasil or Costa Rica

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

Experience in Agile Methodologies (Scrum)
Microsoft Power Platform skills (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc)
Experience in cloud environment using Azure/AWS components like DataVerse, DataFactory
Experience in Snowflake
Experience in SAP Scripting
Data Science skills (Prescriptive/predictive models)
Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) basics notion
