Kenvue is currently recruiting for IT Manager LATAM - R&D Technology Product Innovation. This position reports into R&D IT Sr. Director and is based at São José dos Campos - SP.

What we are looking for

  • Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related is required
  • 7+ years of related business experience required.
  • Strong IT background with a proven record of delivering results. Proven leadership, influencing skills, interdependent partnering skills, as well as critical thinking skills required
  • Previous people management experience preferred
  • Agile development experience, SDLC methodology, Risk management including Security is required
  • Hands on understanding of Design Principles (User Interface and Business Process and Opportunity Mapping) is preferred.
  • Solid ability to synthesize leadership and partner inputs into decisions, to lead medium to high level of complexity, and to be comfortable operating among senior R&D partners is required.
  • Experience working in a DevOps team delivering continuous integration and development preferred.
  • Experience with R&D systems and processes preferred
  • Knowledge and experience with GxP validation and related compliance practices preferred
  • Direct experience managing complex data architectures, connected data strategies and data solution design
  • Hands on experience with data engineering concepts to manage/shape use and build of structured, unstructured data and nonstandardized datasets
  • Experience with data science tools and concepts
  • Experience with digital health solutions and strategies preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills, strong negotiating skills, and the ability to motivate in a collaborative environment with outstanding service orientation are all requirements
  • Working knowledge of Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, Trello is preferred
  • Prior experience with AngularJS, REACT, HTML5 highly preferred
  • Prior experience with Python, SQL, NoSQL, JSON, Graph Databases and BI Tools (Such as Tableau/Power BI) highly preferred
  • Understanding of data integration and analysis techniques and software preferred
  • Familiarity with Jenkins or other automation tools for CI/CD preferred
  • Handson focused project management skills are preferred
  • Ability to craft context around key business features and behaviors and present ideas in businessfriendly and userfriendly language
