Responsibilities
- Work with the Sales Director to build sales operations reports with SalesForce.
- Work with the CEO on preparing correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
- Work on SaaS base products.
- Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and events
- Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
- Interact with external clients and vendors
- Coordinate projectbased work
Educational Qualifications
- A degree or professional qualification from recognized institution would be an added advantage
- Professional skills and experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
- Proficient computer skills and indepth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office suite
- Excellent command of English both verbal and written
- Exemplary planning and time management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
