O assistente será responsável pelas seguintes atividades:

Emitir extrato de FGTS e chave
Geração de documentos para os processos de desligamento/homologação
Inputs no sistema relacionados ao processo de rescisão
Atendimento aos colaboradores para sanar dúvidas a respeito de emissão/funcionamento do crachá e registro de ponto eletrônico via celular (geração de códigos e atualização de cadastro).
Conferir todos os documentos assinados na admissão (Contratos, Fichas de registro e formulários de dependentes para Salário Família e IR).

Serão diferenciais:

Experiência e conhecimento em processos da área de administração de pessoal
Idioma: Inglês e/ou Espanhol
Conhecimento no sistema SAP
