You'll play an essential role advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive Google through our hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices.
ResponsibilitiesDeliver dynamic consultations on various People topics (reorganizations, compensation, talent management, team/leadership effectiveness, change management/transformation, etc.) aligned to People Operations' menu of services.
Support HR program deployment through dynamic consultations for a Product Area, market, or HR service line.Identify and advocate scalable solutions for people processes, engaging executive leaders when needed.
Identify areas requiring change, activating, and leveraging People Experience/People Operations stakeholders and drive cross-team collaboration to improve the Googler experience.
Develop comprehensive knowledge of Google-wide HR policies, local/market legal and regulatory knowledge, of Google-wide HR policies and People Operations menu of services and understand how to navigate the People Operations ecosystem in order to effectively service Googlers and managers and leaders.
