We are looking for an experienced IT Manager who will be responsible for overseeing network infrastructure and systems functionality, resolving system issues, and managing teams of technicians, engineers, and other IT staff.

As an IT Manager you will:

Assess system performance, recommend improvements and resolve issues escalated by technicians and engineers
Ensure that data is managed, transferred or processed in accordance with legal and corporate guidelines
Control IT systems costs and budgets and manage vendor contracts (e.g. development platforms, telcos, password managers) and software licenses
Develop IT policies and practices.
In conjunction with the Operations Director, prepare an IT Strategic Plan. Suited to corporate needs, and aligned with the business's vision and strategy.
Medium and longterm planning of how IT will support the new business environment in which Kokku finds itself.
Manage the IT team, managing all the work carried out, reviewing deadlines and sharing their responsibilities.
Create, implement and manage information security policies and indicators.

We expect you to have:

Proven experience as an IT Manager.
Experience in installing, configuring, and analyzing systems.
Solid knowledge of networking and cloud computing.
Knowledge of data protection operations and legislation (e.g. GDPR
General Data Protection Regulation)
Excellent leadership, organizational, problem solving and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects.
Bachelor's/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT or similar field.
Knowledge of basic quality standards such as ISO 2700
Knowledge of languages such as Python, Shell Script, C#, C++, SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL), NoSQL.
