The ERP Programs & Application Support Specialist is part of the Global Business Applications team.

The role is for a protagonist individual contributor, that will support the design, implementation and delivery of ERP related programs, plus DevOps support for our growing sites across Latin America.

The specialist will foresee third party and business stakeholders' relationships and seeks coordination and alignment of the initiatives across multiple P&Ls and strategies.

The role can be based either in Contagem, Minas Gerais or São Paulo, São Paulo, in a hybrid working schedule

Main responsibilities

  • Support ERP implementation/expansion projects, working on design, development, testing, validation and hyper care phases being a point of contact both for key users and thirdparty stakeholders on the project
  • Be part of product management team for ERP, committing on continuous improvement of our DevOps process on this context
  • Understand and work from functional and technical specifications, plus ability to generate and validate system design specifications
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement
  • Responsible for maintenance related activities i.e. bug fixes, defect triaging, feature development, validation and training.
  • Drive discussions both in Portuguese and English with end users, directors and support stakeholders
Basic qualifications

  • Bachelors or Technical degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Networks or related STEM courses
  • Strong knowledge on Brazilian Localization deployment on ERP (Supply Chain Management, Finance, Tax setups) and satellite systems
  • Advanced communication in English required at least for reading/writing & calls participation, plus willingness to continue advancing in proficiency until fluency levels
  • Strong initiative to research and learn emerging technologies on a fast pacing changing environment
  • Quick learner and independent worker who is adaptable, eager, flexible, and organized
  • Excellent verbal and written communication/language skills required to include the ability to provide written and verbal instructions, and compile and present information clearly
  • Good presentation skills and be able to pitch programs meetings and status updates for senior leadership
  • Analytical and reasoning ability for solving problems and good judgment for complex decisionmaking
  • Capable of planning and organizing work and processes; ability to selfdirect multiple projects and meet deadlines
Desired qualifications

  • Technical support experience of over 5 years, Oracle EBS preferred
  • Experienced on localization bolton systems, preferably Mastersaf (DFe, DW, OneSource), TaxOne and Global Trade Manager suite from Thomson Reuters
  • Knowledge on IR, PO/REQ, AP, PAC and TPA modules
  • Project management background with Agile, Scrum and Product Management experience preferred
  • Fluent English proficiency
  • Intermediate Spanish
