This position will be dedicated, but not limited, to support Tier 1 for LATAM region. Provides support through Tier1 tools (ServiceNow, Five9) on HR Processes, mainly Workday support.

Identify needs and propose solutions or indicate the most appropriate direction in order to collaborate with the nmost effective resolution.

Provide attendance to colleagues and supprot managers on Workday matters. The position will be located in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Mandatory:
fluent Spanish and Portuguese, generalist experience in HR.

Diferential:
fluent English.
