Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand how the rules of Ethical and Legal Conduct are related to work. Assist and lead the team and other employees to observe the spirit of these rules, and address to the right person any matters or considerations or problematic situation when necessary.
  • Stay aligned with the company policies and culture.
  • Perform laboratory studies and interpret the results obtained, through the implementation, improvement or development of methodologies, with the objective of maximizing confidence in the results found and published.
  • Provide timely technical information to customers in order to increase customercompany trust.
  • Provide technical support to the Sales and Marketing team, by assisting with technical doubts, supporting projects, discussing and planning projects, visiting customers and cooperating in training, aiming to increase the security of the sales and marketing team regarding the technicalscientific information.
  • Interaction with the global technical team, increasing the interface with the local team, through the different forms of communication available, improving relations between the various sectors of the company. Assist the local laboratory team in the execution of efficacy tests and the interpretation of results
  • Responsible for maintaining the integrity and performance of the equipment, through the knowledge of the applicability, operation, types of analysis and expected results of each equipment, leading faster and more accurately the projects to be executed that use the available equipment.
  • Materialize the knowledge acquired in tests of effectiveness, methodology and various areas of cosmetology performance so that they are relevant from a technical point of view for the corporation's business, increasing the company's technical visibility in the market.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

Education: Graduation in Chemistry and/or Pharmacy. Desirable Specialization and/or post-grad degree in the area.

Work experience: Minimum 7 years of experience

Language and computing: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), Advanced English and desirable Spanish skills.

Other requirements/Knowledge: Procedures related to the area, Safety norms and current Regulatory/legislation for laboratory activities, as well as Personal Care industry.
