Global Banking Operations group searches for a Cash Management Operations Analyst


This position will be responsible for performing operational processes and routines related to Local Cash Management Products (Payments, Boleto Collections, Cards Settlement, Billing, DDA Accounts) regarding the Global Transaction Services business.


Responsibilities:


  • Execute operational routines according to stablished procedures;
  • Perform _Boleto Collection_ operational activities;
  • Support Cards Receivables activities for Domicile and Settlement bank processes (Arranjo de pagamentos);
  • Perform product setup into local and global systems;
  • Process and monitor regular payments, including utility and tax collections;
  • Commitment to challenging the status quo and promoting positive change;

Core Skills and Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Financial segment preferably with Operational Process;
  • Bachelor in Engineer, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent degree;
  • Ability to analyze complex processes and systems;
  • Understanding of operational controls;
  • Demonstrate commitment to excellence by anticipating needs, mitigating risks and minimizing potential problems;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Advanced to Fluent English;
  • Knowledge of MS Office package, with emphasis in Excel;
  • Previous experience with Lean Sigma concepts is a plus;
