Key Responsibilities:

Lead commercial operation initiatives to ensure productivity, processes and communication, contributing to the company's overall profit;
Create analytics using reporting systems that track sales, and trends and identify opportunities, as well as track and monitor key metrics and customer/project data to drive business improvement;
Prepare monthly reports of global and local clients, by region and by brand, monitoring margins, as well as preparing budgets, forecasts and updates;
Act as a superuser for key tools and processes (SAP, Spire, Qlik, CMIR builds and troubleshooting, credit hold, credit extensions);

Serve as a liaison with the Sales, Operations, Demand Planning, R&D, and Purchasing teams to manage projects and ensure deadlines, tasks, and communication.


We value:

Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) required;
Experience in Sales Operations/Demand Planning and Project Management;
Experience with systems such as SAP, SAP front end, Webi, and PowerBI;
Fluent English;
Experience in the Perfumery, Ingredients, and Flavors Industry will be a differential.
