The Product Manager will drive the development and implementation of the marketing strategy for Metabolic business.

This key role will be work closely with the Marketing Director and contribute to the marketing strategy, reviewing business performance, and proposing targeted solutions.

An essential element of success is a demonstrated ability to influence without authority and collaborate with wide range of cross-functional teams (e.g. medical, sales force team, other marketing colleague, regional and global leadership, legal, compliance) to ensure strategic alignment and coordinated execution across roles and responsibilities.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Development and execute strategic marketing plans in Brazil, implement key marketing initiatives such as disease state education, promotional messaging as well tactics to support patient identification, demand generation, retention, and reimbursement support.
  • Lead flawless implementation of all marketing tactics.
  • Collaborates with legal, regulatory, and compliance stakeholders to ensure compliant development and execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Lead the Brand Team discussions to guarantee crossfunctional alignment.
  • Work closely with the Medical Affairs Team to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local and national key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the disease area.
  • Partner with regional sales manager to identify training opportunities, to implement commercial tactics and monitor their effectiveness.
  • In partnership with Finance, establish and monitor demand forecast and recommend appropriate level and mix of promotional investments; manage promotional budget.
  • Partner with business insights and regional/global brand team to conduct highly innovative
research/analytics to help identify key business dynamics and opportunities.

  • People management: develop a topnotch team of marketing professionals composed by marketing specialist and intern.
  • Lead and develop a highperforming team of marketing composed by marketing specialist and intern, while building strong team culture and relevant commercial capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Product Manager at Specialties Areas (e.g. Immunology, Oncology, Hematology, Rare Diseases) in pharmaceutical or biotech company.
  • Experience in product lifecycle management.
  • Analytical mind and experience in market analysis.
  • High learning agility.
  • Problemsolving aptitude.
  • Strong scientific orientation.
  • Organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Creative thinking skills.
  • Forecast and budget management experience.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Frequent travel (20%) & field focus.

Education

  • Degree in life sciences or in business / marketing
  • MBA referred
