Key Responsibilities:

Job Postings: Create and manage job postings on various platforms, ensuring they reach the right audience.

Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.

Compliance: Ensure all recruiting practices comply with company policies and legal regulations.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports on key metrics.



Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of recruiting experience

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
• Familiarity with social media recruiting and professional networking tools.

Preferred

Qualifications:

• Experience in highvolume recruiting.
