Responsibilities:

  • Performing tasks in the area of Franchise department.
  • Solving technical issues for the franchisees and clients.
  • Educate and monitor the staff regarding itialuS concept.
  • Continuous work on identifying potential opportunities.
  • Conduct training for the new franchisees and make sure they can provide itialuS services in the local market.
  • Hold a regular awareness session to develop franchisees' experience in using _
    WallPost_ and preform _
    itialuS services_.

Qualifications:

  • 79 years' experience preferred in related field with relevant impact indicators.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in management/Supervisory role.
  • Experience with ERP (IT Solution) and Finance requirement.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (also fluent in country language) and knowledge of another language is a plus.
  • Good cross cultural and project management skills, possess ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Excellent communication, planning, leadership, management and quality assurance skills.
  • Strategic thinker, and Problem solver.
  • Proven ability to address multiple simultaneous work demands.
