Summary:

Realizam manutenção em componentes, equipamentos e máquinas industriais; avaliam condições de funcionamento e desempenho de componentes de máquinas e equipamentos; lubrificam máquinas, componentes e ferramentas.

Documentam informações técnicas; realizam ações de qualidade e trabalham segundo normas de segurança.

Principle Responsibilities and Duties:

Coletar informações junto a operadores, sobre características e funcionamento de máquinas e processos; Detectar defeitos; Interpretar desenhos técnicos; Interpretar medidas expressas em instrumentos de medição; Desmontar conjuntos mecânicos; Medir parâmetros dimensionais; Substituir peças; Eliminar resíduos de peças e máquinas; Elaborar croquis de peças; Montar conjuntos mecânicos; Alinhar máquinas e conjuntos mecânicos; Nívelar máquinas e conjuntos mecânicos e Testar funcionamento de máquinas; Controlar frequência de inspeções; Inspecionar máquinas em funcionamento; Analisar informações do operador; Realizar análises de vibração, ruído e temperatura; Detectar possibilidade de falhas; Analisar históricos de manutenção; Verificar disponibilidade de material e ferramental; Identificar pontos de lubrificação; Desobstruir condutos de lubrificantes; Retirar excesso de lubrificantes
