About the job:

Responsibility for the annual calendar of events, congresses and social media channels, monitoring processes, including implementation, promotion and control
Organising and working on own and third-party events and congresses, including managing suppliers
Measuring the results of digital activities and ensuring that the mailing list and feedbacks are recorded by the areas
Maintaining an internal platform with the technical and commercial content for customers and internal team
Maintaining contact with the international design team to create artwork and translate material and thus ensure unified brand and communication
Interfacing in the execution of day-to-day tasks in accordance with planning and deadlines
Developing content for product promotion based on positioning and market focus
Monitoring the competition


Make a difference:


You have the following qualifications, experience and competences:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, administration or similar
Proven experience of working in marketing, events, social media and digital
Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
Speed, personal dedication and organisation skills
Result-driven
Available for travelling to congresses and events (sometimes weekends and holidays)
Intermediate/advanced English
