MISSION
Support daily department activities and assist in coordinating department policies, processes and relevant documents.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS
Assist the manager, with day-to-day operation, in the life cycle department functions and duties.

Ensure the department is organized and operated in the right way.

Compiling and update employee records.

Coordinate department projects (meetings, trainings, surveys ).

Carry out the necessary documentation according to the procedures / rules applicable in each case.

Assist in the reports both local and to the corporation as in other specific or ad-hoc tasks.

Update and control the information IT tools of the area.

Providing clerical and administrative support to the department executions.

Communicate with public services when necessary.

Deal with employee requests.

Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.

Observe Ficosa's Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.

Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OSHE and Quality department.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Academic background:

Professional Training, mainly in administration


Languages:

Fluent in local language & Basic in English (spoken & written)


Experience:

6 month as a staff assistant


OTHER SPECIFICATIONS

Additional training:

Knowledge in administration or related would be a plus
