What you'll do:

'Develop, analyze and report containing financial statements and financial results by BU ́s and consolidated Operations within Valinhos (ledger 2110) in local currency and USD; Elaborate comparative budget -actual vs forecasted - for managers BU's and Plant Manager; Prepare reports and special assignments requested by the Controller.

'Ensure accurate accounting and financial reporting to Group/Division and Headquarters, within the established schedule closing;
Ensure compliance and enforcement of the Financial Standards established by Eaton, and standards and procedures for internal controls and SOX;
Support the decision making process at all levels by providing sound and reliable financial analysis;
Maintain and enhance systems for generating information of Profit Plan, Rolling Forecast, Strategic Plan and other financial reports;
Support BU ́s Managers in the correct understanding and interpretation of financial reports;
Review processes and controls in place to improve overall performance (preparation time and accuracy);
Perform weekly financial walks with key internal customers to understand the business scenario and address risks and opportunities concerning financials;
Look for opportunities to take initiative primarily upon internal controls and financial analysis.

Qualifications:

Experiência com Relatórios Financeiros e Planejamento de Negócios Financeiros e atividades de Controladoria;
Superior completo em Ciências Contábeis, Engenharia, Administração ou Economia;
Habilidades de análise financeira;
Conhecimento de análise de demonstrações financeiras;
Gestão de Tempo;
Inglês intermediário.
