Indirect Buyer:

• Location: Jardim Guanabara Jundiai, BR, Country/Region: BR
  About the position:

Responsible for developing and maintaining a strategy that fulfills KAs business needs and align them cross functionally. Also responsible for the identify cost improvement opportunities. The Focus is to find, implement, and manage preferred suppliers in accordance with business needs, and KA supplier requirements. Make sure that KA has a supplier base that is capable to support KA's plans. Negotiations is a major part of this role with focus on Cost savings.


Responsibilities:

• Develop, monitor, and optimize processes in the quality area;
• Maintain order and perfect organization of the work environment;
• Participate in the continuous improvement, development and enhancement programs applied by Kongsberg;
• Make purchases of indirect materials;
• Prepare the necessary quotations for a good purchasing decision making;
• Negotiate contracts and specific purchase orders;
• Keep close track of deliveries according to orders;
• Entering orders into the system;
• Control and follow up purchase requisitions.

Requirements:

• University degree in administration or related areas;
• Experience in purchasing indirect materials;
• Intermediate English.
