- Manage relationships with external research vendors
- Oversee the preparation and optimization of research tools
- Analyze research data for compelling storytelling
- Enforce best practices and governance
- Ensure quality control on all research outputs
- Program surveys in Qualtrics
- Coordinate sampling and fielding tasks (e.g. quota management)
- Analyze data and develop frameworks to enhance storytelling
- Create data visualizations to simplify complex information
- Prepare insights reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
- Minimum 4 years of corporate experience
- Passionate about market research
- Knowledge of key statistical analyses
- Inquisitive, self-motivated, and focused on data integrity
- Ability to simplify information
- Detail-oriented and driven
- Experience with Qualtrics
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Display R) is a plus
