The digital coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Analysts, by sorting, cleaning, and interpreting data from different sources. We're looking for a goal oriented, data driven profile, with an exceptional attention to details.

The coordinator will manipulate BRP internal data from the different sources - mainly related but not exclusive to the website behavior (Google Analytics, ContentSquare).

This role will be mainly interacting with the Digital Analysts based in Montreal and Sherbrooke.

Teamwork and communication skills are important for the role - the coordinator will contribute to bring raw data into insights and recommendation, with the close supervision of the analysts.


YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Extract, sort, clean data for specific analysis.

Contribute to define digital KPIs in collaboration with the analysts, following their business objectives

Study users behaviors by joining different sources of data (Google Analytics, Heatmap tools)

Reporting findings with easy to understand data visualizations (+ Help building dashboards)

Translate the analysis in actionable insights that can brings the business towards areas of tests and possible optimizations

Use a variety of tools to extract and analyze data.

Identify gaps and opportunities to improve efficiencies, acquisition and conversion performance

Respond to ad hoc reporting requests.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics or other related fields.

3+ years experience working with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Big Query)

Experience in data visualizations tools (Data Studio, Power BI is a plus)

Strong capabilities in Excel

Knowledge of SQL.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere

Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points

High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation

Bilinguism. Must have English. Nice to have French
