• Own the entire end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to deliver a bestinclass recruitment process
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies in challenging markets to ensure a continuous talent pipeline
• Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process, advising on market insights, trends, and competitor movements
• Promote DE&I initiatives through ongoing networking, process improvement, and education

• 
  Bilingual (Spanish/English) Business Proficiency required
• Recruitment and/or HR experience, including fullcycle recruiting experience working closely with hiring managers filling timesensitive roles in a fastpaced, highly competitive industry
• Prior experience in Inhouse recruitment or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build and sustain strong relationships
• Your personal brand is grounded in communication, partnership, and integrity
• A keen understanding of business needs, be in and around people regularly to solidify relationships and partnerships; consultative by nature
• Demonstrably skilled with internal and global mobility
• Your objectives will be to ensure a streamlined turnaround delivering operational excellence at all stages of the process
• Ability to work in office from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil weekly#MC1
