    We are looking for a motivated Senior Java Developerwilling to operate in production support. If you like to dig into complex systems and are great at troubleshooting, you are exactly who we're looking for.

    About Our Customer

    The American memorabilia manufacturer is primarily known for producing yearbooks and class rings for high schools and colleges. The company also produced photobook products for Disney's PhotoPass photography service at theme parks and resorts. In addition to its headquarters near Minneapolis and operational offices in Owatonna, Minnesota, the customer has facilities throughout the United States.

    Requirements
    • 5+ years of experience in Java programming language
    • Background in rest, spring Web, Spring boot, security, mongo DB, ElasticSearch, AWS
    • Competency in IBatis and writing complex SQL queries in Oracle and SQL Server
    • Knowledge of using Eclipse, SVN, GIT, JIRA, Visio, Jenkins, ANT, Maven
    • Ability to read classic ASP code and fix a few buys if needed
    • In-depth understanding of SDLC and CICD processes
    • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Possibility to work to CST time zone working hours (Colombia -1h; Brazil -3h)
    Nice to have
    • Experience with e-commerce
    • Relevant background in front-end languages such as React JS, handlebars bootstrap, AJAX, JQuery, JavaScript, and CSS
    English level

    • Performing code review
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and ship new features
    • Participating actively in discussions, presentations, and decisions about back-end development
    • Working on bug fixing and improving application performance
    • Working in Agile teams

    Work & Life Balance
    • Each Exadeller is in charge of managing their workflow independently without being micromanaged at every step; it is, however, important that an employee always attends meetings, logs their time, and meets deadlines
    • Operating from the office, or remotely, depends on which mode the employee prefers. Hybrid or remote mode staff will receive the necessary equipment before their first working day.
