The Operational Excellence Lead will ensure the flawless execution of continuous improvement initiatives and will be responsible to work in partnership with DC site leaders to improve operational capabilities, efficiency, and excellence across Consumer Health Deliver LATAM Operations.

This position will report directly to the Operational Excellence Manager (New Consumer Health Company).


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Implement operational excellence programs and initiatives across LATAM (warehouse, distribution, transportation, customer service)
  • Adapt and deploy business process standards in the region aligned to business compliance as well as best practices in order to improve cost/efficiency and service for the region
  • Execute the regional process capability roadmap and other process improvement solutions
  • Spread continuous improvement and problemsolving methodologies such as design thinking, lean, and six sigma across deliver operations
  • Train other team members in process improvement methodologies
  • Work in partnership with internal and external supply chain and logistics partners to drive E2E process improvements
  • Identify local good practices that can be deployed in the region
  • Implement and sustain bestinclass process standards and KPIs for Deliver operations
  • Implement JJOS methodology across deliver LATAM and drive operational excellence across all Deliver elements and processes
  • Map and proactively identify gaps and opportunities in local and regional processes with a compliance approach
  • Sustain and monitor the progress on process improvement implementation, ensure there's a robust governance model in place
  • Oversee the daily/weekly progress of the projects timeline, scope, and quality
  • Actively manage risks and problems, mitigation efforts as appropriate
  • Prepare onboarding and engagement sessions, agendas, minutes, and meeting events
  • Support other project leaders throughout the region in technical discussions on projects related to Distribution Centers, interacting with areas of Quality, Operations, Engineering, and EHS

Qualifications:


Position requirements:


  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably Engineering
  • 5 years of experience in supply chain related disciplines
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
  • Lean/Yellow/Green belt Six Sigma certified with a proven track record of driving continuous improvement programs and culture
  • JJOS/JJPS knowledge is essential
  • Proven experience in Project Management implementing Lean practices and Six Sigma in supply chain processes
  • Proven knowledge in continuous improvement methodologies, lean manufacturing/logistics, six sigma, design thinking, kaizen, root cause problem solving
  • Proven knowledge of ordertocash, transportation, and/or warehouse processes (ERP, WMS, TMS)
  • Experience in process design as well as standards/procedures definition
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Proven experience in change management and resilience
  • E2E mindset and collaborative approach
  • Integrity and Credobased Action

Preferred Requirements:


  • Advanced in the Spanish language
  • Knowledge of Planisware (or other PPM tools)
  • FPX Certification
