Job Summary


The Analyst, Bookings Operations will be responsible assisting the Bookings Operations team with opportunity management, monthly reviews and reconciliations, the monthly and quarterly close process, to ensure corporate and compensation bookings data is being reported correctly and accurately.


What you'll be doing
Data Exploration, Reporting & Analytics

  • Explores data within various files to determine trends, correlations and causal relations between variables
  • Creates recurring and ad hoc reports, using insights from data exploration to build semicomprehensive reports with visualizations and insights
  • Reaches out to our internal customers (sales teams) to clarify requests, and responsible for exception reviews and escalation of complex issues, as needed, to ensure timely resolution of requests
  • Makes recommendations of what data should be explored and debriefs internal team
  • Explains data/findings to clients and answers questions
  • Assist in periodic audits of data within business systems/platforms
  • Performs followup checks to ensure data quality and accuracy for accounts and/or bookings and churn data
  • Delivers required data and creates predefined reports as per defined schedule
  • Delivers reports to stakeholder group and answers questions pertaining to the report
  • Performs ad hoc modeling and analyses to address semicomplex, open ended issues/questions
Sales Ops Support

  • Supports sales organization in any and all opportunity and account management related matters
  • Investigates issues, escalates as needed and provides response to sales teams on inquiries as requested, ensuring issue and error resolution in a timely manner
Program Support / Implementation

  • Keeps company in compliance with SOX and other statutory requirements
  • Partners with team members and other internal departments (HR, finance, IT, etc.) to ensure data integrity and consistency
  • Identifies ways to streamline/automate existing and new processes
  • Participates in the communication and rollout of sales incentive programs
  • Help streamline, automate, and improve endtoend booking and churn reporting processes
  • Proactively identifies process improvement opportunities to streamline/automate existing and new processes

What we'll expect from you

  • Must be fluent in English
  • Prior work experience, with a progressive track record, in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or other highly analytical fields is required
  • Siebel, Xactly/Incent, Tableau & Anaplan experience preferred
  • Microsoft Office skills / Advanced Excel
  • Bachelor's Degree required
