Role Purpose:

Support the company in optimizing its financial transactions and systems, strengthen and grow relationships with vendors and suppliers through timely payments, assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process, exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting and comply with national and local financial regulations.

Responsibilities:

As part of the Finance team, the Accounts Payable position will also be required to support special projects
Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry
Assist senior financial officers as needed
Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and partner information

About you:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or other relevant field is preferred 3 years relevant Finance experience with a background in manufacturing
Must have ERP, preferably SAP experience. SAP implementation experience a plus
Experience with financial reporting and analytical tools is a plus e.g., SAP Hana, Tagetik
Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI is desirable
Time management skills and detail orientation
Highly motivated individual with strong business interest
Must be flexible, innovative, and comfortable in setting own priorities.
