    Responsibilities
    • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat, addressing hardware and software issues
    • Troubleshoot networking problems and assist with Windows Server configurations
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and escalate when necessary
    • Document customer interactions, technical solutions, and product feedback
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor of Computer Science or Bachelor of Information Technology
    • 3+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
    • Solid knowledge of networking principles and protocols
    • Experience with Windows Server administration and troubleshooting
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
