As the Manager for the Channel Sales Team, you will build and manage a team of high performing Solution Area Sellers focused on the channel serving our Small and Medium customers.
You will become a trusted advisor to C-Suite partner executives as you drive business excellence and deliver revenue impact for Microsoft and our Partners.

- Ensure that your team is associated to a set of top partners in a mix that will drive both performance and growth
- Business Excellence and Strategy Leader
- Land the vision and the mission of the organization and more specifically for your team.
- Coach to accelerate New Business Growth
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- 11+ years of core sales, channel sales, industry or solution selling, business development experience
OR Master's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, Business Administration or related field AND 3+ years of core sales, channel sales, industry or solution selling, business development experience.
- 5+ years people management experience.
- Fluency in English and Brazilian Portuguese
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- 18+ years of core sales, channel sales, industry or solution selling, business development experience
OR Master's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, Business Administration or related field AND 5+ years of core sales, channel sales, industry or solution selling, business development experience.
- 7+ years of people management experience
