    ServiceNow is looking for a Governance, Risk, and Compliance Sr Solution Consultant. As a GRC Solution Consultant, you will offer expert guidance to assist customers with product and solution leadership in pre-sales activities. This role involves showcasing the power, flexibility, and user-friendliness of GRC on the ServiceNow SaaS platform, to acquire and retain customers effectively. We need someone who can take a hands-on approach to solution architecture and effectively position solutions during sales processes. Additionally, the GRC consultant will collaborate with professional services to ensure successful customer implementations and realize the value presented during the sales process.

    What you will be doing in this role:

    • Engaging in opportunities with ServiceNow's strategic global accounts.
    • Providing subject matter expertise and training to peers and colleagues.
    • Conducting product demonstrations for prospects and existing customers, both on-site and via webex.
    • Developing product demo scripts and scenarios and maintaining demo environments.
    • Leading Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with prospects.
    • Responding to Request for Information/Proposal documents.
    • Collaborating with product management to stay updated on product advancements.
    • Supporting marketing events such as user conferences and webinars.
    • Keeping abreast of competitive analysis and understanding the unique selling points of the company.
    • Understanding the business and technical challenges addressed by the products.
    • Acting as a ServiceNow expert at executive briefings and marketing events.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should have:

    • Mandatory requirement to reside in the territory.
    • Demonstrated experience in pre-sales.
    • Knowledge of the sales process and ability to advise account representatives.
    • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent training with 3-5 years of experience.
    • 3-5 years of experience in operational risk management, enterprise risk management, and related fields.
    • Familiarity with the GRC industry landscape and tools such as RSA Archer, Metric Stream, and others.
    • Hands-on experience in governance, risk, and compliance roles.
    • Previous experience in large government or corporate enterprises.
    • Industry certifications like GRCP, CGEIT, CRISC, or CISA are a plus.
    • Ability to communicate the value of the ServiceNow platform to a non-IT GRC audience effectively.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a self-directed approach.
