What you'll do:

The primary purpose of this role is to perform field service work in reclosers and protection relays, both within Eaton site and customer locations

Selfmanagement of assigned projects and job cost accountability to perform work within budgeted cost estimates.
Support engineering assignments that may involve work with installation, repairs and commissioning of reclosers and protection relays.
Perform all tests needed both for reclosers and protection relays.
Correct intepretation of projects and technical documents for installation and commissioning of the equipments at customer locations.
Development of technical reports.
Troubleshooting, and problem solving relative to the focus equipment (reclosers and protection relays).
Knowledge in other protection and distribution equipment is desired.
May design and conduct specialized training for customers.
May mentor or lead other team members on projects.
Must contain job costs and stay within budget.
The field service technician must show a strong sense of responsibility, know how to work as team and desire to keep constantly learning.
