The Regional CCM defines the Configuration Management vision/ roadmap for the respective region and product line (RSC), in line with the RSC CCM Central Team global strategy and AT Configuration Management Procedure and Instructions.

He/ she ensures the exchange of best practices, REX and cascading information coming from CCM central to the CCM Site Métier.

On the other side, in case of escalations or project support requests from projects or site teams within the respective region the Regional CCM is the first contact person and is acting as interface to the CCM Regions & Community stream leader at CCM central.

O CCM Regional está preparando, apoiando e pós-processando auditorias no local (ou seja, APSYS, IRIS etc.)

O CCM Regional garante que as regras básicas do CCM estejam em vigor (conscientização, processos, métodos, ferramentas e pessoas do CCM) e impulsiona continuamente para melhorar e desafiar o status quo.

Ele / ela cria uma atmosfera no verdadeiro sentido de uma cultura de gerenciamento de configuração que eles dirigem em todas as funções, liderando pelo exemplo.

Normalmente 8 anos de experiência em uma função relevante
Amplo conhecimento de processos e métodos de Gerenciamento e Melhoria de Configuração
Amplo conhecimento de IRIS, ISO e outras normas de configuração aplicáveis relevantes para a função/projeto.
Amplo conhecimento de ferramentas de Engenharia, Industrialização e Vida Útil do Produto
Gestão de um departamento com todas as responsabilidades associadas (orçamento, pessoas,...)
Especialista em influenciar a equipe de gerenciamento com mentalidade de gerenciamento de configuração.
Orientado para o cliente e resultados.
