What's the opportunity?


The person will be in charge of leading the consulting team of best practices, process and tools regarding approval and risk management.

The advisors team will work together with commercial team (sales and customer success) to analyze the best way to integrate new merchants in our platform (business model and risk level) to assure good levels of conversion rate from the beginning.

Finally the team will be responsible of real time monitoring process to discover drops in conversion or fraud attacks and will define the best strategies to solve the issue and effectively communicate to our merchants.


What will I be doing?:


  • Work with sales team and tech team in the discovery and onboarding process of a new merchant
  • Review of real time anomalies of high risk patterns or drop in conversion rate and define action plans with other teams in dLocal
  • Work with customer success team to improve merchants conversion rate

What skills do I need?:


  • Experience with fraud prevention tools and strategies
  • Knowledge in payments sector
  • Experience dealing with clients/customers
  • Enthusiastic, Proactive, team player & problem solver
  • Have a ability of going to detail without losing the big picture
