Description:

Support the development of the privacy program for affiliated cooperatives at Central Cecresp, actively working on implementing privacy laws applicable to the business, updating and monitoring key privacy documents;
Provide support to business areas on privacy and data protection issues;
Support the development of new privacy products and methodologies from conception, as well as potential improvements;
Interact with the internal team, guiding and supporting, as well as the cooperatives;
Ensure the maintenance and implementation of policies and processes that allow consistent, effective privacy practices in compliance with the LGPD;
Support the development of tools and standards to assist the network of DPOs and legal experts;
Assist in monitoring, investigating, and reporting data breaches and help manage privacy complaints and investigations by regulatory authorities of clients;
Support actions as part of important personal data and privacy protection events (LGPD anniversary, Personal Data Protection and Privacy Day, security events, etc.);
Assist in ongoing privacy training for employees and cooperatives;
Carry out periodic privacy and compliance risk assessments for the company, including all mitigation and remediation plans and efforts.

Requirements:

Complete higher education in Law, IT Management, or Information Security.

Basic knowledge in privacy and data protection, especially in the General Data Protection Regulation - LGPD, basic experience in the privacy and data protection area, mainly with compliance projects and consulting work.

Differential: Course in privacy and data protection and knowledge/experience in implemented privacy program projects.
