JOB DESCRIPTION:

Principais atribuições:

  • Acompanhamento de andamento de reservas e manuseio em plataforma online.
  • Em casos críticos, atendimento a clientes por telefone.
  • Solução de problemas rotineiros da área.
  • Atividade interna, não requer viagens.

Pré-requisitos:

  • Alguma experiência com a rotina da área de operações em turismo adquirida em agências, operadoras ou Hotelaria.
  • Capacidade de atuar com autonomia, segurança e tendo iniciativa para solucionar problemas de trabalho.
  • Responsabilidade e comprometimento.
  • Bom relacionamento interpessoal, comunicação e espírito de equipe.
  • Capacidade em trabalhar com ritmo intenso de forma controlada / equilibrada.
  • Inglês
  • nível avançado / fluente.-
  • Situações críticas exigirão a comunicação por telefone.
  • Conhecimentos e boa interação com Informática
  • Pacote Office, Excel, Outlook.
  • Deve residir em Jundiaí ou cidade nas imediações

Horário de trabalho - de 2. a 6. Feira, das 9 às 19 horas. com 01h12 de almoço.

Plantão remunerado aos sabados (media 01 vez ao mês) de hsBenefícios:
