Position:
Regional Sales Manager - LLS SLA


Summary
Responsible to the direct sales process, aiming to fulfill and/or exceed the sales targets.

Manage large-size accounts and be accountable for expanding sales by presenting new products/services to customers and organizing visits to current and potential customers.

In addition, manage the team of account managers and develop key talents for effective contribution in the region markets.


Key Responsibilities- Develop business opportunities by identifying customer needs, generating a value proposition to them. Management of orders, price increases and price evolution;- Keep a close relationship with key customers, stay current on margin management and impact in the P&L, as well as in market and customer strategies;- Recognize new business opportunities; Develop and manage a high
- performance team with a strategic vision and short, medium and long-term results.


Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

Education: Graduation and post-grad in Pharmacy; Chemical engineering; Chemistry; Industrial Chemistry, Administration.

Work experience: 10 to 15 years.

Language and computing: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), Fluent English and Spanish.

Other requirements/Knowledge:Microsoft Office package, knowledge in finance, knowledge of export, import and logistics, specific knowledge of segments and market, negotiation, presentation skills, people management/ development.
