Peak Scientific, a fast-growing organization specializing in the manufacture of laboratory gas generators for the life science and biomedical market, is looking to recruit a Service Admin Assistant to join our vibrant team in São Paulo.
We have an expanding operation in LATAM with offices in São Paulo and Mexico. Individuals who fit our culture and values will have a high degree of professionalism but appreciate our non- corporate feel in a fun atmosphere.
Reporting to the LATAM General Manager (interim), this role is responsible in ensuring that field service operations in Brazil are delivered to the highest standard.
Please note that this is a 6 month maternity cover contract.
Key duties will include:
- Working along teams to provide excellence in the service business
- Services scheduling, following local procedures and ensuring best planning for service works
- Using the CRM to utilise the information to improve overall efficiency of dealing with customer support
- Making sure all documents are updated and filed correctly
- Separating parts and assuring Field Service Technicians have everything needed for their scheduled jobs
- Being responsible for stock counting to assure service physical and digital controls are matching
- Providing monthly stock physical position to match Finance's control
- Informing and requesting any special need from FST's
You will also have:
- Good practical skills and a methodical approach to resolving problems
- Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines
- Ability to work proactively ensuring that objectives and standards are achieved and formally address, quickly and constructively, in line with company procedures
- The motivation and drive to support the teams, to realise their full potential and objectives
