Acompanhar rotina de obras
Realizar processos financeiro
Realizar tomadas de preços de materiais operacionais
Realizar processo de compras
Realizar rateio e emissão de aporte condominial
Cadastrar novos usuários e controle de acesso
Realizar controle de utilização de estacionamento
Realizar controle e entrega de correspondências
Realizar digitalização de documentos diversos
Prestar atendimento aos proprietários / sindicância
Realizar arquivamento de documentações

Requisitos:

Curso técnico e/ou graduação cursando em Engenharia ou Administração
Pacote Office intermediário
Desejável conhecimento na função operacional
