We are looking for a proactive, highly motivated and result oriented Intern to add to the Life & Health LatAm Sales Operations team within Reinsurance in São Paulo.

About the Role:

In this role, you will help the team providing support to Swiss Re's L&H Sales Operations Team, covering the Life and Health Business Portfolio of Latin America markets.

Your key responsibilities are:

Provides Sales Operations with all relevant support within L&H for all nonclient facing activities including day to day administration of client management tasks, contracts and correspondence records management and general business support processes associated within Sales Operations.
Provides Sales Operations with presentations, running reports as needed.

About the Team:

The Sales Operations team is a service focused team that process treaty submissions for the Latin American Life & Health Treaty team and provides a first point of contact for our client's administrative needs.

About You:

We are looking for someone with an analytical profile, with convincing interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective working relations in a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural environment.

Must Have:

Attending College of Business Administration, Economics, Actuary or related fields. Graduation expected in 202
Advanced knowledge of English. And intermediate knowledge of Spanish. You will work on a regional team (Latin America).
Excellent organizer, flexible and able to work effectively under tight deadlines

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools, especially Excel
Knowledge of (re)insurance
