Job Location(s): Osasco, BRA Danfoss está em busca de um Analista adminsitrativo de vendas junior para atuar no time de Customer Service Brasil.

Responsibilities:

Responsabilidades da posição:

Gerenciar e controlar os pedidos de vendas.
Atender o cliente via telephone e sistema Salesforce.
Interagir com outros departamentos (Fulfillment, Logística, Finanças e Produção)
Cumprir as normas e políticas internas.
Solicitar aprovação para pedidos de outras operações.
Cadastrar comissão.
Cadastrar preços e descontos.
Suportar os representantes, distribuidores e vendedores.

Background & Skills:

Graduação em Administração de Empresas ou outras áreas correlatas.
Inglês nível intermédio (será um diferencial)
Mínimo 1 ano de experiência na área de Atendimento ao Cliente.
Conhecimento em processos e ambientes comerciais.
Conhecimento em Pacote Office.
Conhecimento em SAP ou sistemas similares (será um diferencial).
Conhecimento em Sistemas CRM (será um diferencial).
