Take ownership of the endtoend talent recruitment process that involves requirements understanding, talent pool defining, sourcing, screening, and selection of mediumhigh complexity profiles;:

Alignment with hiring managers in order to understand business needs and expectations, run update sessions, and support the decision-making process

Maintain and build close partnerships with business stakeholders and leaders to build and support talent acquisition plans; understand deeply why we are hiring, who we are hiring for, and how we are going to hire and provide expertise and assistance to stakeholders for recruitment-related issues

Analysis of results achieved by Shopee in efforts related to recruiting strategy consulting profiles, and identification of improvement opportunities.
