Planner Buyer

As an Planner Buyer you will manage the supply of confidential, non-confidential ingredients and packaging for the 7 Plants in the WEST to assure inventory policy and using Operational Excellence toll to achieve optimum inventory level and effectiveness in the service provided to the plants.


What You'll Do for Us

  • Prepare the annual material planning to define optimum delivery schedule which consider inventory optimization, cargo consolidation, optimum shipment lot and volume allocated to the supplier aiming to eliminate wastes and reduce the variability in the supply chain execute purchase of confidential and nonconfidential goods and package for the CPS WEST and assure compliance with SCE, ISO, TCCQS, SOX-SORBANE requirements.
  • Keep Service Effectiveness indicators up to date and report mains wastes during the daily performance management meeting.
  • Weekly execute exception message and MRP (material requirement planning), place purchase order and follow up them with suppliers to assure inventory level defined and to assure compliance with SCE).
  • Attend a weekly Inventory meeting to evaluate any opportunities on inventory targets compliance and reduction (4,5 days a year, 1,58%).
  • Weekly execute the MRB evaluation and define action to avoid material whiteoff.
  • Actively participate on Monthly SS meeting providing feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Degree on industrial, chemical or food engineering / technology
  • English: Fluent both written and spoken
  • 3+ years' experience related Supply chain
