Virtual customer care professional


We care a lot about the good service of our customers, so this position is one of the essential positions in our company.

We have all the training necessary for you to perform the best possible service. In addition, during your service hours, you may be asked for help in other areas of the company.


Responsibilities:

Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about a product, pricing, and availability

Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs

Data entry in various platforms

Update our Facebook page and WhatsApp client groups.


Qualifications:

At least - 2 years of relevant work experience

  • MANDATORY
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written in Portuguese and English
  • MANDATORY
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

  • MANDATORY
Higher education in any area (or attending) - EXTRA

Domain of tools (office, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram)
  • MANDATORY
Experience in Canva tool mastery - EXTRA

Excellent skills in writing and speaking in Portuguese and English languages

Own computer
  • MANDATORY
Own Good Internet connection
  • MANDATORY

Contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
R$1, R$3,500.00 per month
