Your role

Are you client orientated with highrisk awareness? Would you like to help us enhance our client experience, now and for the future?
We are looking for an intern to help with the following:
be responsible to input the client's transaction in our system as well to produce client monthly reports.

- coordinate monthly delivery of statements for report elaboration
- manage clients active registration with our vendors.

Your team

You'll be working in the WM Brazil Operations Multi Family Office and Custody team. We work closely with front to backoffice colleagues to manage client's statement and produce clients investment reports. Our key objective is to deliver excellent client services with continuous improvement on process efficiency and risk control.

Your expertise
- availability to work 6 hours a day (30 hours per week) from the office in Sao Paulo.
- currently enrolled at the University pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or related field, with graduation date by Dec 2025 or after.
- ideally advanced English

Skills for process automation is a plus.
