What awaits you in this role?

Preparing compliant advice documents such as SOA's and ROA's
Working closely with Financial Planners and another Paraplanner to develop strategies and advice.
Assisting the administration team members with the implementation of the advice
Liaising with key stakeholders such as product providers Liaising with clients, as required
Supporting Financial Planners with administrative duties
Contribute to continuous improvement and team development
Improving internal tasks and procedures, client communication, ensuring high level of product and lender policy knowledge.

Requirements:

Here 's what you need to succeed:

Preferably have two to three years of experience using financial planning software such as Xplan and IRESS
Experience in a paraplanning role
Ability to prepare compliant advice documents such as SOA's and ROA's
Can work closely with Financial Planners and another Paraplanner to develop strategies and advice and support them
Able to assist the administration team members with implementation of advice;
Can communicate with clients, stakeholders and product providers
